The traditional Hurtta Training Vest had always been a customer favorite. So, when we heard that Hurtta was discontinuing that product, we were a bit confused and left with nothing to offer in comparison. Luckily it wasn't long for them to launch their upgraded option, the Hurtta Training Vest Eco. And boy, did they outdo themselves!

Some major differences between the original and their refreshed designs; from first glance, the color. The new Eco Training Vest is a heather gray rather than solid black. Like the original, the Eco vest has multiple (and more) reflective strips, with a luminous intensity of 400-450 lx/m2. Once you begin to feel the product and put it on, you quickly realize the quality of their new design. It's overall weight, it's fitted form, and the overall comfort are unmatched when it comes to training attire. For those training in all weather, outdoor environments - you'll be happy to find that the Eco Training Vest is weatherproof. Not to mention it's made of 80% recycled materials!

Overall, the Hurtta Eco Training Vest is about as well-made of a training vest that you will find. Whether you're working a lot of dogs or working your own personal dog, it has all of the pockets and necessary compartments to meet your training needs. It’s a really slick looking vest that doesn't necessarily scream "dog trainer". I could see it being worn out and about, without any question or odd looks (unlike the first one). All in all, Hurtta did a great job with this refreshed look and we think you'll appreciate it as much as we do.
