These Instant Pot Creamy Mashed Potatoes are an easy side dish for any day of the week, creamy and flavorful and super quick to put together! Homemade at it's best.

Ing:
10 potatoes peeled and quartered
1 cup water
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tbsp unsalted butter
salt to taste
Method:
Peel cut and quarter your potatoes and put them in the instant with all the ingredients listed above except for the sour cream, butter and cheese. Close up the instant pot and put it on sealing then hit manual and set it for 10 min with slow release of 5 min. Once you have done the slow release and released the pressure open it up and start mashing the potatoes with a potato masher add the butter, salt, sour cream and stir until the ingredients are incorporated really well. Lastly add the cheese in there and stir.
