Leek and Potato Soup in Gujrati

A delicious and very healthy soup full of great nutrients
Ing:
2 cups sliced leek
3 tsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp white powder
1 tsp ginger and garlic
4 cups potatoes cubed
salt to taste
pepper to taste
heavy whipping cream
3 cups beef stock
1 cup whipping cream
Method:
In a big pot add the butter and let it melt, once it melts than add the leek and the ginger and garlic, stir well for about 2 min, then add the flour, make sure the leek does not change color, stir well, next add the beef stock and bring it to a boil, lastly add the potatoes and decrease the heat to med high so that the leek and potatoes get really nice and soft, add a little salt and pepper then cover till very soft. Blend everything well, lastly add the whipping cream, stir and do a taste test to make sure it is seasoned well. Serve immediately
