We were delighted to be invited by Katie Cordle to visit her at Long Lane Dairy in nearby Peterchurch, Herefordshire. Just a few miles away from Oakchurch Farm Shop.

Katie showed Sindy how she makes Halloumi cheese using local sheep's milk.
