GIANT BN Biscuit

The BN biscuit is edible nostalgia! In this emergency video, I attempt to make a giant version using a typical baking tray you should have around the house, wedging it with chocolate ganache, super fun times! Ingredients list:
For the ganache
300ml double cream
700g milk chocolate, grated
For the biscuit dough
240g salted butter
550g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
200g caster sugar
200ml double cream
1.5tbsp vanilla extract
2 egg yolks (optional, for glazing)
