Homemade Leckerli Recipe - Swiss style gingerbread!

Ingredients list:
150g ground almonds
30g sliced almonds
450g honey
180g sugar
100g candied peel, chopped
450g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp mixed spice
1tsp cinnamon
For the icing
100g icing sugar
3tbsp water (or kirsch for alcoholic version!)
