Interview of VUB Bank: CRM approach to credit line optimization

VÚB banka increases the potential of pre-approved credit. SAS is helping the bank to contact a significantly higher percentage of clients with consumer credit offers while optimising these offers at the same time. This project was done in a close cooperation of two departments: risk as well as business (CRM).
