Negative feelings that affect us, whether on our psyche, our behaviors, or our thoughts and the accumulation of these feelings result in a very much psychological problem, but if we understand the nature of these feelings, how to deal with them and express them correctly, we will be able to understand our selves more and control our feelings and emotions better!

A psychologist at Terre des Hommes, I worked in providing psychological support for children and adolescents for more than 13 years with governmental institutions and international organizations. I specialized more in the psychological support to children at risk, such as children in care institution and places of detention, I help them to develop psychological skills such as emotional awareness and self-awareness skills, in order to better express their feelings and reach the stage of psychological well-being.
