Bob Huggins clutched his chest and dropped to his knees during a timeout in the final seconds of the first half. He was looked at by medical professionals and it was concluded that his defibrillator went off during the break. Huggins stressed that he was fine and came out in the second half to continue coaching his Mountaineer squad to a 77-62 win over Texas.
