Greens and Labor pollies ‘exposed as hypocrites’
Sky News host Chris Kenny has slammed the Green-Left in Australia, who he says are “happy to risk the health of others to make their political gestures”.
His comments come following the confirmation at least one person who attended Victoria’s Black Lives Matter protest on the weekend has tested positive for COVID-19.
It comes as four Labor MPs and two Greens senators also attended various rallies over the weekend.
Greens Senator Janet Rice had said there is no need for her to be tested for COVID-19, despite attending the Melbourne protest.
Mr Kenny said the Green-Left are “happy to indulge their moral vanity at the expense of exposing others to risk”.
“So, Senator Rice thought she was above the rules, and not only that, she went to a protest where we now know there was at least one person carrying the disease”.
“How unforgivably arrogant, how selfish”.
