Important steps are as follows:
1) How to grow onion root tips, how to harvest and how to preserve them.
2) Choose an onion root tip for squash preparation to observe different phases of Mitosis.
3) Make sure that the onion root tip is fixed in ACETO-ALCOHOL (1:1) for one hour before you start your practical procedure.
