Today's class is an Arm Focused Routine. Sometimes I feel reluctant to label a routine by a body part for a few reasons but mostly because as you will know by now Pilates involves the body (and mind) as a whole!

This routine works the arms intensely especially if you are using hand weights but it also works the whole trunk (abdominal wall, obliques, back) as well as your shoulders, your posture, your concentration and focus. This routine enlightens a sense of confidence in me too which I hope you'll feel too.

You can also do this class without hand weights.
