Full Body Resistance Band Pilates | Lottie Murphy Pilates
The resistance band adds such a wonderful feeling to the Pilates work, creating connections through the body and really finding work in the upper body including the connection of the shoulders to the back. I love using the resistance band to create the feeling of being on a reformer. Hope you enjoy this one.
