2023 TESLA MODEL 3 RWD FULL REVIEW - LA to Palm Springs Road Trip

Well I finally drove a Tesla for the first time, spending a few days in the 2023 Tesla Model 3 RWD. I drove the Tesla Model 3 from Palm Springs to LA and back, about 200 miles. Although I have ridden a few times in a Tesla Model X, this was my first time behind the wheel of a Tesla. I have driven a few EVs, most recently the Polestar 2 and the Kia EV6 but do not have a lot of experience with them and do not own one myself.

I enjoyed driving the Tesla Model 3 although I did have trouble finding the climate controls and the hazard light switch. When I review cars I try to just get in and start driving, to see how intuitive the controls are. I loved the incredible speed of the car and also how fast it charges on Tesla Superchargers. I used the Superchargers at the Sherman Oaks Galleria and at Morongo, each time it took only 15 minutes to charge to full. The 2023 Tesla Model 3 RWD is the base model with a range of 272 miles, priced at $40,240 before options.
