Pain-Free Hands & Wrists | Mobility Prehab Routine

Our hands & wrists don't see a lot of action in everyday life so the increased stress of bodyweight training or yoga often leads to chronic wrist pain. These areas need direct attention and support to function well & stay pain-free.

This short, follow-along routine will help you take care of your hands & wrists by reinforcing them with simple but varied movements. It's easy to implement as a part of your daily movement practice or as part of your warm-up / mobility work.

5-10 minutes a day of hand & wrist stretches can go a long way towards staying pain & injury-free and improving performance.
