Raed Arafat is a Palestinian doctor that lives in Romania for 20 years
now. He set up from the scratch a public emergency intervention system
at amazing standards that saves everyday hundreds of lives. He is a
local hero and an excellent speaker. He put lots of energy and hope
into the audience.
