Povestea şi discursul său promovează ideea de a trăi din plin fiecare experienţă, până la contopire şi de a te reconverti într-o nouă vocaţie imediat ce adrenalina din profesia ta curentă dispare, continuând să-ţi utilizezi toate acumulările anterioare.

With a life path that takes him from the waves of the radio to a bistro cuisine, Răzvan Exarhu, unlearns the traditional language from the radio and relearns to communicate through the refined flavours he creates in the kitchen. His story and his talk promotes the idea of the ultimate experience, where you are fully absorbed in what you do, and the idea of reconversion into a new vocation which would allow you to use your previous accumulations, as soon as the adrenaline disappears from your current profession.
