Primal Movement + Kettlebell // 40-minute Workout (Advanced)

This workout brings together dynamic bodyweight movements and classic kettlebells. Follow along with me through these 35 movements (scroll down for the complete list). The workout out starts off with warm up movements for mobility & activation. The intensity builds through one-minute intervals of primal & kettlebell movements. For the last few minutes, chill out and stretch.
