How to Replace a Light Switch - Single Pole Light Switch

In this video I show how to replace a light switch. More specifically, how to replace a single pole light switch. Replacing a light switch is fast and easy to do yourself, and can save you hundreds of dollars compared to hiring an electrical contractor. Just make sure to first turn off the circuit breaker to the light switch and follow the rest of the instructions in this video. I replaced a paddle light switch, but the same instructional steps work for a standard light switch switch that is a single pole switch.
