Hi friends :D
Today...I'm getting very, very vulnerable. This is my story on how I lost 77 lbs. I didn't lose all my weight in 3-4 months. It took me longer, but I had a different fight. I had to battle my bad relationship with food, build my confidence, and better my health. This is a topic I usually keep to myself about but one of my resolutions this year was to open up more. So here I am putting myself out there, in hopes that maybe someone relates to me & finds comfort & motivation in this. I've been there!
