In Todays Video I tell you guys how I used calorie counting to ensure that I was in a calorie deficit to lose fat.

I go through what calories I started with, how they changed as I lost the weight and what calories I am eating now at maintenance.

I also explain how you can work out how many calories you should be having to lose weight.

Formula = bmr x activity level = maintenance calories
maintenance - 250/500 = Calories to lose weight
