WaterFurnaceSymphony

I was fortunate enough to receive one of 12 beta units that WaterFurnace tested to allow remote monitoring and adjustments to their geothermal heat pumps. The user remote monitoring is called Symphony and the technician portion is called Aurora. This is my review of the Symphony portion of the system. I am not employed by WaterFurnace nor did they ask me to do a review. I am a big fan of WaterFurnace since my first WaterFurnace geothermal heat pump lasted 25 years and was still running just fine but I wanted to upgrade to the higher efficiency WaterFurnace 7 Series. My only complaint of the WaterFurnace heat pumps was that they did not have remote monitoring or remote control via the internet. Symphony solves both of these issues plus more.
