"Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship.” Ryan McKie is a world class strength coach based out of his own Knight Performance Factory. In his talk, Ryan proposes that the concept of Time Under Tension can be applied to the stresses of every day life. By adapting exposure to tension into our lives, we can form a paradigm for preventing burnout, building resiliency, and increasing capacity to handle the challenges we face daily. He has been a part of the business and sports community of Greenville for 20 plus years and has seen is growth in both spaces.
