Today we're going to be checking out the Buffed Up Version of Mister Fantastic! He's been given additional persistent charges and a nice upgrade to his Attack & Fury Scaling which means he hits HARD when fully ramped up after a SP3! - He still needs his awakened ability, the Fantastic Four synergy and another Mister Fantastic to really get those BIG juicy numbers out of this man tho
