Today we check out Buffed Vulture! - This man got a ton of utility upgrades to improve his Power Control and give him new immunities to Poison and Shock along with a 30 second Armor Break and a lot more Core Charge! While he's far from the best overall Champion, he's not got some really cheesy and fun uses in some content!
