Kid's Dress w/ Matching Blue Jean Vest

Step by step process to make a girl's dress to match her blue jean vest. This is part 2 of the video. Part 1 of the DIY tutorial showed how to transform a pair of blue jeans into a kid's vest. We are also using the same pattern for the vest for this dress as well.

Items need for this sewing project include:
* A pattern.
* One yard of fabric.
* Elastic lace trim (about 3 yards)
* A measuring device.
* Scissors.
* A Serger or a overlocking feature on a sewing machine.
* Sewing machine.
