Kid's Blue Jean Vest / Skirt

A DIY kid's blue jeans vest with matching skirt tutorial. Find a old pair blue jeans that you don't wear from your closet, and Upcycle them into a kid's blue jeans vest and more. This is a great DIY idea to reuse your clothes that you no longer wear.
Items need for this sewing project include:
* A pair old blue jeans.
* A pair of pajama
* Ribbon (about 3 yards)
* Snap button tape ( about 3/4 yard).
* A measuring device.
* Scissors.
* A Serger or a overlocking feature on a sewing machine.
* Sewing machine
