How To Set up Windows 7/8/10 For CAC use on Government Websites

Before doing the Steps Please go into Your internet settings -advanced tab - Restore Advanced Settings and reset internet explorer settings. I included this later in the video. But decided you may want to do this before starting If you have already messed with the settings.
