Activating a PIV Authentication certificate on a CAC. ONLY needed for CACs issued before 1 March 18

Video shows how to activate the Personal Identification Verification (PIV) Authentication certificate on a Common Access Card (CAC). IF your CAC was issued on or after 01 March 2018, your PIV is already active. You DO NOT need to go through this process.
