My portfolio's still not looking great, but I'm not as badly down as the broader markets are... At least for now!

Javier has been doing well, whilst slow and steady seems to be flagging and Analisisciclico has been having a bad time too, although he seems to have realised why and altered course...

I start off by pointing out that just by keeping my money in eToro in dollars, I'm actually benefitting from the dollar's current strength against the Euro (my native currency right now...) In fact, given the dollar's recent strength, I'd imagine that many traders from outside the U.S are currently benefitting from this dollar denomination on their accounts. I hadn't really thought too much about it in the past, but given what's been happening recently, it's worth noting I think.

Whilst analysis Ciclico has been doing badly, he's put out a statement analysing his recent trading patterns, and highlighting where he thinks he's gone wrong and could change things. I think it's heartening to see, and plan to stick with him for now to see if he can turn things around. As usual, I'm not sure which way it'll go at all, but for now I'm willing to wait and see.

I'm still thinking about whether to copy Stanley Taiwan, a trader I looked at briefly in one of my previous videos. He was high risk (at least that's what it said in his bio) but after messaging him asking whether he planned to keep his portfolio as high risk, he answered that he;'s trying to bring the risk down this year and become part of eToro's Popular Investor program...
His stats are looking good, so I'm seriously considering copying him for a while and seeing how it goes. I'm not quite sure though yet... Something about it still seems risky.
