Novice using the Breville Bambino Plus to make a latte

As a complete espresso novice, I started from ground zero, knowing nothing about coffee. I purchased the Bambino to save money from the chain coffee shops (I admit, I was hooked on Starbucks mochas). I figured the high upfront cost will make up for itself in the long run.

About a month in, I figured I'd start trying latte art. I've gone through a LOT of trial and error, highs and (many) lows. Its slow progress when I only make a cup a day (there's days I don't make any coffee too). I'm happy with the results though.

I have tried a variety of different beans(starbucks, peets, Stumptown, blue Bottle, local coffee roasters), but one of my favorites is Counter Culture's Forty-Six

I use Producers organic whole milk from Costco
