In some instances the friends, family and associates of the Targeted Victim are being falsely told that the Criminal Organized Stalking and Technological Harassment the Victim is being Harassed, Violated and Terrorized with, is a quote on quote "investigation" which is Bogus Fraudulent and Criminal. Family, friends and associates of the victims are being manipulated, fooled and illegally coerced into taking part in this illegal BOGUS so called "Investigation" that is nothing more than Harassing, Violating and Terrorizing Emotional Distress and Psychological Terrorism to the Victim that last for years and years. Warning and Beware! of perpetrators falsely claiming that another individual is "under investigation" also known as Bogus "investigations". Although legitimate investigations are a necessary function of honest law enforcement. The perpetrators in some cases will cloak and mask the Criminal Organized Stalking Harassment and torture of the victim as a fraudulent "Investigation" which is a Criminal tactic where the perpetrators are manipulating others or forcing them to act towards their wishes utilizing manipulation, or intimidation and coercion. A Bogus "Investigation" is defined as an Illegal Criminal Covert tactic deployed by the perpetrators of the Organized Stalking Crime Syndicate in which the perpetrators utilize various different methods of Manipulation, Deception, Coercion and Threats to essentially Criminally Solicit, Manipulate, Deceive or Extort the co-operation and silence of those the Targeted Victim comes in contact with including those close to the target and the general public which provides cover for the Organized Crime Syndicate and the perpetrators Criminal activity. The Criminal perpetrators may try to issue you a Fraudulent Illegal Bogus Gag Order which is illegally and criminally utilized to extort your silence and illegally force and Coerce your "co-operation" into the Organized Stalking Harassment Conspiracy. The perpetrators may flash a fake phony badge or display "official" looking fake fraudulent doctored up files, videos, or text documents that are meant to make the scheme appear more credible and fool trick or coerce you into the scheme. The Criminal(s) may even possibly be a real member of law enforcement, however if they are, they are Criminally abusing their position and limits of authority and illegally utilizing it to Criminally Harass, Threaten and Coerce you and other individuals into a Criminal Conspiracy against another individual.
