Truly one of the tastiest things i've ever had the joy of making and eating! The banh mi sandwich, a Vietnamese street food, inspired from a trip to LA a few Years back, I was emailed a recipe to follow involving marinaded pork tenderloin with inside a crunchy baguette with pickled vegetables, mayo & hoisin sauce! Delicious!
