As an independent artist I cannot afford to take a lot of time off. If I take a day off that is momentum and money lost. So how do I stay focused, productive and paint through the days when I feel rubbish? In this video I discuss how I get through times of stress or worry, and times when I don't feel creative but I still need to paint and be productive.
