The John Deere S780 is a high-capacity combine harvester designed for harvesting large fields of crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat, and barley. It is part of the John Deere S-Series line of combines, which are known for their advanced technology and precision agriculture features.

The first John Deere S-Series combine, the S660, was introduced in 2011, followed by the S670 in 2012, and the S680 in 2013. The S780 was introduced in 2018 and is the largest model in the S-Series line.

The S780 is equipped with a 13.6-liter John Deere PowerTech engine that delivers up to 543 horsepower and 1,770 foot-pounds of torque, making it capable of handling high-volume crops in tough conditions.
