Afia shares her insights on the pursuit of happiness. With the aim to always make the most out of our lives, discover new perspectives on hedonism and eudaemonia to unlock the answers. Afia Ibnat was born and brought up in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She recently graduated as valedictorian, with a BA in International Relations from Tokyo International University. She was formerly the president of the International Relations Student Association. She is now working as the Head of Administration at the Embassy of the State of Palestine in Dhaka. She is the founder of a Non-Governmental Organization ‘Paper Boat’for the welfare of the underprivileged. Afia completed her Effective Altruism Fellowship from Stanford University in 2020.
