Marble Divider - Height Independent CAD Session

Context: In this cad sessions i am designing the plywood version of the new Non-Height-Dependent Marble Divider design. If this works i can remove the entire height adjustement system from the Marble Machine X which would be great news.
I have tried the prototype from Rossero and it works perfect, now the question remains if i can make it work in full scale in a machineable plywood version.
