Similarly to the Wu Tang Clan, mashed potatoes aren’t nothing to fork with. That’s why today we’re going to make mashed potatoes using two techniques. End results will vary depending on the technique and potatoes used. Here’s how I do it... Cook on! 🤘🏻Adam

4lb Russet Potatoes (1814g) *about 5-7 potatoes
3 sticks Unsalted Butter (339g) *room temperature cut into small cubes
1 cup Whole Milk (250ml)
1.5 cups Heavy Cream (355ml)
.5 tsp White Pepper
.5 tsp Nutmeg
Salt TT
Chives to garnish

Rustic Mash…
4lb Yukon Gold Potatoes (1814g) *about 10-12 potatoes
1.5 sticks Unsalted Butter (170g)
1/ 4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (60ml)
8 Garlic Cloves (12g)
3 sprigs Sage
3 sprigs Thyme
3 sprigs Rosemary
1/ 2 cup Whole Milk (118ml)
1/ 2 cup Heavy Cream (118ml)
Black Pepper TT
Salt TT
Fresh Herbs TT
