University of Kansas 509 Design-Build Introduction: Emergence Pavilion & Entryway

I made a short video to introduce the design-build project I worked on last semester!

AIA Kansas has given the KU Architecture Design-build class of 2019 an award for the Emergence Pavilion and Entryway designed and built by the students in the fall semester of 2019 in Lawrence Kansas. Taught by Keith VanDeRiet the students created a striking intervention inspired by the migratory paths of the monarch butterflies that frequent Lawrence Kansas every year.
