What I think about when Drawing Figures

If you are interested in figure drawing, or just like drawing people in general, Its good to keep a few things in mind as you work. The thing is, its too easy to get caught up in replicating the reference that we miss out on focusing our thoughts on the important things. You have a unique eye, an interesting way you see the world. Therefore, no matter how 'simple' and 'boring' it may seem to use a reference image, you can share something with the world that no one else could because what you choose to focus on is unique!
