Ibuprofen / Naproxen For Muscle Pain, Strains, DOMS, Performance
In this video, Maryke explains why ibuprofen and naproxen may be bad for healing muscle strains. She also looks at the research on using anti-inflammatory medication or NSAIDs for DOMS and to help decrease muscle pain when exercising and provides some alternative solutions you may rather want to try.
