Caitlin Limmer’s husband was told she had just 40 minutes to live, with an additional diagnosis of a rare blood cancer.

Would you be satisfied with your eulogy if it were read out today? “Live the life you want to write and write the life you want to live”, but don't wait for those “final 40 minutes to be given to you”.

Since then – twenty years later – Caitlin’s grabbed her life by the horns and has spent her life inspiring others to do the same. When it comes to people ‘finding their UGH’, taking a leap of faith (daily) and the seismic power of community (which she cites as her “religion”, she is fervent about the power of bringing people together). Caitlin’s magnetic motivation reverberates through anyone listening to her. Caitlin overcame the odds and has since run 18 marathons, swum ultra-marathons, cycled the Prudential 100 Ride London on a tandem, become a Patron of the blood cancer charity MDS Patient Support Group and won an award from the Prime Minister. Just a handful of her many life embracing achievements.
