Rediscovering a 2-Player Grand Prix Koopa Troopa Beach Shortcut

A shortcut strat brought to my attention by SoftSyrup who found it from an old Japanese site. Ended up making some improvements to make it the first humanly viable KTB shortcut. Unfortunately it's only really a 2P grand prix lap thing.
