Natto Challenge | Fermented Soybeans (Taste test)

The Natto japanese food is a combination of fermented soybeans. Also, the Natto benefits are ever growing, a couple being that they can help to boost one's probiotics, along with increasing one's healthy gut bacteria. To be honest, I first came across this Japanese cuisine whilst researching fermented foods. Although - due to them being somewhat related, a series of challenge videos appeared along the video, including the Natto challenge. Challenge accepted! I'll try it out I had thought, and add them to my ever growing selection of Jared ferments. So stay tuned as I'll be demonstrating the Natto taste test for y'all in just a moment.
