Full tutorial to flash Betaflight 4.2, RPM Filter, bi-directional DSHOT ESC firmware, full PID tune

This is a very full and detailed tutorial on upgrading a GEPRC SKIP HD3 toothpick quad to Betaflight 4.2, setting the RPM filters and a full tune. This was flown on 3S and 4S GNB 450mAh LiPos.
