Nowadays, the construction of skyscraper office buildings is not just a tribute to a fashionable architecture. Rather, it is a response to the shortage of urban space, the development of rapid construction technologies, and the need to reduce traffic loads in downtown areas. However, experts and architects insist that the density and convenience of urban construction development should not depend solely on high rises. The paradigm of commercial real estate is changing, with an emphasis shifting towards people and their needs by creating diverse infrastructures inside business districts. For example, сo-working areas and other flexible spaces hosted in renovated properties, decentralized business centers outside the city, and environmentally friendly spaces where people can work, live, study, etc. Are these types of properties going to replace skyscrapers?
