Cinematic Lens Rehousing (for follow focus) - SMC Takumar 135mm f3.5

This lens housing is optimized for SMC Takumar 135mm f3.5. Due to small differences in shape size, different versions of Takumar lenses of the same focal length and specification may not be completely matched.

Super Takumar & SMC Takumar lenses are old SLR camera lenses, but I think the manual focus movement is very precise, and the optical performance is also good and useful. Moreover, it is easy to obtain and the purchase price is attractive. However, it is quite inconvenient in the convenience function when using it compared to the latest photographic lenses because it supports only manual focus.

I wanted to use it for video shooting by taking advantage of a very good manual focus structure, and I wanted to re-housing it properly.

It is a cinematic lens re-housing that improves the MF lens (SMC Takumar 135mm f3.5) of older SLR cameras for video shooting. I also tried to keep the focus gear specification similar to other cinema lenses, so the outer diameter of the focus gear consisted of 100mm and 123 teeth. (M0.8 123T) (XEEN CF lens focus ring size is the same)

The threads on the front of the lens housing are ISO M90 1.5 compliant and can be used with 'mat boxes' in other items in the list I uploaded. & Using this, you can expect some lens protection effect.

This is also designed to use a circular filter (variable ND filter or CPL filter) using a filter boost ring (49-82mm).
