This custom lens re-housing is optimized for "Rocky Non / Samyang (POLAR) 35mm f / 1.4 still lens and 35mm T1.5 cine lens (EF mount)".

These lenses have different names for lenses for still cameras and for VDSLR cine lenses, but the actual optical design is the same (the shape of the focus ring and aperture ring are slightly different), and the diameter of the front of the lens is the same, The mount standard for attaching the hood is the same, so the internal structure is almost the same, so I think these lenses are the same lenses.

The Rockinon (Samyang) MF lens is one of the lenses that I use often. In short, I think it's a good lens that is cost effective. There are many advantages, but one regret is that it is a bit disappointing given that the focus operation is a dedicated manual focus lens. (The cause can be found in the cam gear structure of the internal structure.) Therefore, I wanted to compensate for the inconvenience of manual operation through the lens re-housing.

This lens housing has an outer diameter of 114mm and the focal gear is also applied with a 0.8M standard gear pitch applied to cinema lenses. (Outer diameter 114mm / 141T) The larger the outer diameter of the lens, the more burdensome, but the larger the outer diameter of the focus ring, the finer the focus can be adjusted. This is useful when using an auxiliary device dedicated to other cinema lenses.

Designed to be secured using several M5 and M4 standard grub screws. The filter step-up ring used on the front is designed for easy use of regular round filters and is designed to securely hold the front part of the lens housing. (Standard filter mounting screw on the front, inner diameter 95mm)

I'm tired of repeating similar modeling every time, so I want to apply experimental and practical ideas one by one. (Of course, it may be roughly finished due to side effects) This time, a design that can help with focus operation was applied by displaying'A section and B section' arbitrarily in manual focusing, etc. Since it is an added part, it can be easily removed.

The section on the re-housing assembly in this video is for a 35mm f1.4 lens for still cameras (EF mount). The re-housing assembly of the 35mm T1.5 lens is almost identical to the previously uploaded ROKINON 24mm T1.5, so I think watching the video at the link below would be helpful.

이 렌즈 하우징은 외경이 114mm이고 초점 기어도 시네마 렌즈에 적용된 0.8M 표준 기어 피치로 적용됩니다. (외경 114mm / 141T) 렌즈 외경이 클수록 부담이 커지지 만 포커스 링의 외경이 클수록 초점을 미세하게 조정할 수 있습니다. 다른 시네마 렌즈 전용 보조 장치를 사용할 때 유용합니다.

여러 M5 및 M4 표준 그럽 나사를 사용하여 고정되도록 설계되었습니다. 전면에 사용되는 필터 스텝 업 링은 일반 원형 필터를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었으며 렌즈 하우징의 전면 부분을 단단히 고정하도록 설계되었습니다. (전면 표준 필터 장착 나사, 내경 95mm)

매번 비슷한 모델링을 반복하는 것이 지겨워 실험적이고 실용적인 아이디어를 하나씩 적용하고 싶습니다. (물론 부작용으로 대충 마무리 될 수 있습니다.) 이번에는 수동 포커싱 등에서 임의로 'A 구간과 B 구간'을 표시하여 포커스 조작에 도움이되는 디자인을 적용했습니다. 추가 된 부품이므로, 쉽게 제거 할 수 있습니다.
