Treating shoulder stiffness is challenging and difficult.
Stiffness causes severe disability, pain and frustration.
It’s one of the hardest problems I treat.
Stiffness can occur following simple trauma, post-surgical, rotator cuff tears, labral tears or due to spontaneous Adhesive Capsulitis a.k.a. Frozen Shoulder. Here I demonstrate a Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA). Most patients are able to avoid MUA by doing Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Therapy or a home exercise routine such as those I’ve posted on YouTube (Dr Moras 6 Best Shoulder Stretches)
