Decimal and Fraction | Fraction and Decimal | दशमलव तथा भिन्न
Very decimal can be written as a fraction. To convert a decimal to a fraction, place the number after the decimal point in the numerator of the fraction and place the number 10, 100, or 1,000, or another power of 10 in the denominator. For example, 0.5 would be written as 5/10. You’ll notice that this fraction can be further simplified as 1/2, which is the final answer.

Step 1: Write down the decimal divided by 1, like this: decimal 1.
Step 2: Multiply both top and bottom by 10 for every number after the decimal point. (For example, if there are two numbers after the decimal point, then use 100, if there are three then use 1000, etc.) Step 3: Simplify (or reduce) the fraction.
